We have partnered with proud mary for good reason

Since 2009, Proud Mary has been a pioneer of coffee quality and sustainability. They have been sourcing coffee direct from origin, and believe the real heroes are the coffee farmers. Proud Mary has a Q-Grader on staff which ensures their quality control standards. We can proudly say that we can share the story behind the bean, and that is largely due to the relationships Proud Mary curates with their farmers. Together we redefine the standard of coffee excellence.

Training is Critical to our mission

Our baristas go through rigorous training. We utilize various hands on and web based utilities that allow us to learn about everything from the farm to the cup. We get the opportunity to sort out the natural defects that occur in the beans themselves and understand how they affect flavor, and finish with how to translate those flavors to words to make the perfect cup the customer wants.

We believe that creating the best product first starts with having the best equipment. Followed closely with quality training on how to use that equipment. Education is a continual process that is forever evolving with the industry. Learning what some the new farming practices look like and how that affects what is served in the cup is the parallel with honed and true brewing practices. This is where we are able to constantly push the envelope of amazing new coffee.
